My weight impacted everything i did. I was unable to even go for walks with my kids without agonising pain.

I was also informed I couldn’t have a hysterectomy until I had lost a “significant” amount of weight.

This was my turning point.

My entire life has changed for the better, I am more active, healthier, happier.

I smile more, do more, I go to the gym and run regularly.

I wear clothes I feel happy in, I wear much more colour instead of just black like I did before.
