    Hello,

In preparation for my new healthier happier life, I would like to ask you all what you have eaten and drunk today?
Also can you tell me how many days, weeks, months or years you are post op, just so I know what and when I will be looking forward to.
    Many thanks.

As it’s only 09:24, I’ll tell you what I had yesterday! I’m almost 4 years post wls (July 2008)

Breakfast was chopped mixed melon, plain yoghurt and cashew nuts. Then a tiny amount of scrambled egg.

Lunch was a toasted cheese and pickle sandwich but I could only eat 3/4 of it so my dogs were deleriously happy that they got to share the other quarter bless them!

Dinner was a vegetarian mousaka (sp) from M&S with salad.

My snacks were tinned peaches, a granery bar and some more melon.

I drink tea all day long!!

Hope thast helps. As you can see, I eat just like any other non wls surgery person – just much, much smaller portions.

    ps I’m a vegetarian.

    Doodah x
