    Hi everyone.

This video is going to be posted on Streamline’s Facebook page later but I wanted to have it on here too so I have nicked it!

I hope you watch it as it might make a difference to those of you who are feeling bad about yourself. You all know my mantra ‘Be kind to yourself’, and i think this will explain why I believe that 100%

It does annoy me to see friends and colleagues eat anything they like and in large portions and I each a small portion and gain loads of weight but initial bit of gaining weight in the first place was my fault but I can understand how I have remained big and actually got a lot bigger by this video. You will never change people view of fatties though as we are judged daily aren’t we. I might have not eaten all day if busy but I put a sandwich to my lips and watch the reaction… the looks and comments are heart breaking…

Oh Lelly, I understand exactly what you mean my lovely.

I actually believe that much of my secret eating was because I didn’t want people to see me eat – even if it was ‘normal’ food. Every social event was torture. I would be starving hungry by the time the food came out but wouldn’t eat any because I knew what people would be thinking.

I just wish people would not be so judgemental. I have family members who could eat all day and do nothing and not put on an ounce. Life is unfair. Thank goodness for weight loss surgery. It gives us an even place on the weight loss start line rather than putting us 50m behind.

I think everyone should see this video. And not judge – ‘Let he who cast the first stone…..’

Don’t apologise for feeling sorry for yourself. It shows that you are willing to give yourself a break! The people I worry about the most are those who have stopped caring or feeling.

This is a place where you can vent, rant and rage and no one will bat an eyelid! I’ve had some major strops on here haha! You will be supported no matter how you are feeling – that I can promise you.
