Foods that slide down without needing to chew them, icecream, soup, yoghurt and many many more, easy for band patients to eat because they slide through the hole easily and once they are in the larger part of the stomach you don’t feel full anymore.

Slider foods are the little beggers that life sends us to make it both miserable and delicious in equal measure: yummy to eat, hard to beat.

No place in life for such soup lol. I’ve been having Ainsley Harriot cuppa soups and they are really quite lovely and generally less than 100 calories per cup. It’s lovely and thick even when done in a mug. I love the stilton and broccoli.

Droooool. Thai food. I can’t eat rice anymore so it’s devastating!! Also vegetarian. However, Thai Green curry vegetable soup – nectar from the gods!
