    Hi Mum40.

I had it. Real bad. I was stopping breathing and waking up once, on average, every 48 seconds.

So, why do I tell you this?

From the very first night I had the CPAP Machine, I felt great. Slept all the way through. Okay it did put the op back 3 months, that is the bad point, but I did feel better straight away. And my wife got a decent nights sleep as well.

So what I am saying is, if you do have it look on the postives. It can be treated – real easy and then you feel better – straight away.

    Hi ya
I to have sleep apnea I use a cpap machine and it make so much differance in a nights sleep and how you feel the next day. They may have called you back for you to try a machine or to say you are ok don’t panic I take my machine with me when ever I go away it is no issue at all my mum also has it. I no longer sleep walk or sleep eat (thank god) sit up half the night where I can’t sleep as kept waking up when I was stopping breathing hubby gets a good nights sleep. So please don’t panic you are not alone if you do have it there is help and beleive me it does help.

I paid £9,700 at Chichester for my bypass, the price depends on your BMI. I hope you find a solution or a hospital that has a payment scheme x
