I found anything with a ‘skin’ problematic in the early days: peas, sweetcorn, berries, tomatoes etc. Strangely, never had a problem with beans (baked) which is fantastic as they are so good for you! Even now, my comfort food is well toasted granery bread with beans and a tiny bit of parmasan cheese with black pepper. Always hits the spot 😉

Also, anything with minced quorn stayed down. I’m now a fully fledged veggie and hardly ever have any ‘mishaps’.

    Sorry for the rambling!!

Yes I find skin a little tricky just the thought of it and I know it wont go down well lol! I want to try grapes but feel the skin may be a problem…. Oh that sounds lovely might have to have that soon now hehe!
