Hi I am just over 8 months post op, have lost 70% excess weight, the dietician says I need to work extra hard to lose any more.

I’ve got 2 weeks until a wedding reception and have dress that is so close to fitting but I’m wondering if I can use raspberry ketones to help?

    Thanks Tori x

Hi Tori I’ve heard a lot about these tablets but to be honest I think you she trust the tool you’ve been given & with determination you can do it. Trust yourself! Let us know how you get on x

    Hi Tori

Many congratulations on your amazing weight loss so far! I hope you are very proud of yourself.

I have to agree with Treeza and say that I wouldn’t try them myself. You have two weeks to go and it would be a shame to make yourself poorly just to fit into an outfit. How about trying a foundation garment? I have several for my ‘bloaty’ times! The modern ones are lightweight and cool so will not make you uncomfortably hot or anything.

    I have these:

One in nude and one in black. They are brilliant.

Only you know what is best for you though. I am not a clinician so I cannot make a judgement on anything you might take but all I know is, I wouldn’t do it myself. And that’s the honest truth. Whatever you decide, I hope you have a fabulous time 😉

    Doodah x
