    5 A DAY portion sizes – Live Well – NHS Choices

    Hi guys

    Thought this might be a handy reminder of why we should all be eating our 5-a-day.

    Although our portion sizes will be less than this, I think it could be a useful tool not only for ourselves, but for the other members of our families/households. Also that potatoes don’t count as our five a day as they are classified as starchy foods! I didn’t know that did you?! Just proves how we keep learning all the time 😉
