It really is inspirational isn’t it Lelly?

Lelly, will you do something for me? Will you stop blaming and being so hard on yourself please? Be kind to yourself. Obesity isn’t all about being greedy or making bad choices. Some people do exactly the same yet stay a ‘normal’ weight.

Please watch this little video. It is due to go on Streamline’s Facebook page later, but I want you to see it now. I’m sending you a virtual hug because I can’t bear the thought of you blaming yourself for everything 🙂

I would actually like everyone to see it so I am going to post it under it’s own thread. It may make things clearer to everyone that we are not stupid, lazy, greedy or hopeless.

Thank you for the hug, I need it today, feeling a bit sorry for myself and hubby is having an operation to repair a hernia, which I am obviously worried about. I shall be fine thanks again x

Thanks for the update Paul. I’m just reaching the stage where I want to start to maintain so it is brilliant to hear of people years down the line and managing well.

And Lelly, chin up pet. A tough day can really make you feel bad. It’s good we have somewhere to come for a chat whether things are good or not. All will be well.

Sometimes it rains for a week but: the sun has to come out eventually.

Hope today is a better day for you Lelly.

Paul’s update is brilliant isn’t it? It’s so helpful to know how people are doing further down the line. I have a friend who is 10 years out so I am always picking her brain!
