Poor you Ms Ellie, hope you’re feeling a bit better by now?
Sounds like you have relaxed a bit after and your body’s decided to allow itself to manifest a few things but I’m sure it will pass. I am usually ill when I take a holiday from work, or if I’ve a stressfull week I often feel like death all day on a Saturday! We are funny creatures and ofen keep going when we shouldn’t. I also recall that when I gave up smoking I seemed to go through a patch of poor health & even thought it hadn’t been worth giving up if Iwas going to feel lousy but it passed & I did get better, health improved lots too, some serious TLC for the next few weeks wouldn’t go amiss.
As to writing your appointment time have you done it yet? Maybe writing it down makes it real and your still feeling like it won’t happen? It will but it looks like it’s been a huge fight to get where you are now so it’s probably scary, whether you write it or not it’s going to happen.
I have spent the whole week winding myself up to amke the call for that first appointment, goodness only knows why, it’s only the consultation but I guess I was committing myself to a journey and it’s a big unknown for me, I can’t plan all the details of how I’m going to get there so it’s scary (I love to be in control).
    Sorry for the rambling lol.
    Hope you are feeling better.
    Take care x
