    I couldn’t cope with the milk diet either as it really upset my tummy. Still can’t have milky things now as they give me a tummy ache.

    I only did one week of the milk diet and then switched to the low carb one. The milk one was much easier though because there was no choice of what to eat. It was very hard not to cheat on the low carb one as it involved browsing in the fridge and thinking about food!
