Hi Kim, it’s not to bad. I’ve been having my protein drink about 9pm and keeping my 3 meal roughly the same time but I am feeling a little knackered. That might have more to do with Ems having chicken pox and not being able to sleep. Jason has tried to deal with her overnight but you know what it’s like. She wants me! Last one to night then A/lL ( ha ha) so can’t complain. How are you doing?

Think it good to take leave , it’s surprising how tired you can get , then we have had major surgery . Poor Ems chicken pox is so horrible .

    Hi Kimberly!
    Thanks for that reminder!
You have been so generous with your tips!
I have not experienced much wind as yet but a bit in my lower abdomen today I have noticed.
    No shoulder pain etc.
I’m feeling much better today, sore tummy but very mobile .
Will continue the water sips and napping, the peppermint tea is delicious thank you !
I did my first injection this morning, all doable I say- nothing to worry about!
    I like the massage booties!
    The nurses here are fantastic!
I hope you are still progressing well and stay away from these ‘ normal ‘ yogurts!
    Poor girl!
    Hope you are feeling better!
I’m so pleased I have had it done, seriously, I can’t stop smiling!!

    Hi Treeza!
    Yes the booties are great!
    Where can we get them?
    Heehee!
I’m having my first puréed food tonight – cauliflower cheese and carrots with some tinned fruit to follow.
I haven’t eaten as such, for 9 days.
I know the rules, chew and take my time!
My new pouch likes water and peppermint tea!
    Are you on holiday yet?
    Julie xxx
