    Our Dietitian, Nicole Berberien has recommended the following advice for anyone wishing to maintain the healthy weight they have reached after wls:

    “Standard maintenance level of 1500kcal using healthy foods, no fads, adjusting calories according to personal needs, activity and body’s response. “
