    Hey Theresa
I had that problem and at the time I was on ramipril for hypertension. I went to see my GP and my blood pressure was 70/30.
They reduced my meds slowly but have been off all med for a good 18 months now and I have textbook BP. I’m no longer hypertensive!
It might be worth getting your BP checked especially if you are on any med for it as it seems my hypertension reversed really quickly post op so it may be that that’s why you are light headed?!
Also, I do occasionally run a bit low and get a postural drop if I don’t drink enough.
    Just a thought
    Katy xx

    That’s a great point Katy.

I had to stop my hypertension meds relatively quickly after surgery as I just no longer needed them.

Audra I had BPPV at the being of the year thankfully corrected with the epley Manoeuvre what a relief! I had suffered for months! Don’t think it’s that!

Feel bit better today. Likely is a bug I’ve picked up at work x x
