Was lovely to read about everyone’s journeys yesterday I’ve not posted in ages.

Life has got really busy since my op on 30th November 2011. In just a year I am back working, studying for my degree AND on Saturday attended a ball in Bournemouth it was one of the things on my list.

As two years ago I got dolled up to go then felt so bad when I got there I left after 20 mins.

This time I had a go on the dogems and danced all night. Was FAB.

If it wasn’t for the support on here and the wonderful Shaw Somers and his team I would still be at home eating junk every Saturday night.

Oh Anna what a fab post.

Thanks so much for sharing it. These are the sort of things new people need to hear as it will be THEM soon! When we first start out on our journey, we can’t see that we will ever be doing the things you describe but you know what? It DOES happen. I never, ever get tired of hearing all about everyone’s milestones being reached no matter how insignificant they may seem to others. I know in my heart the absolute elation at being able to tie a shoe lace, try on new shoes without help or being able to soak in a long hot bath once again without fear of getting stuck or flooding the bathroom when we get in!

I’m so happy for you 🙂

Would love to see some pics if you have time to post them!!

    Much love Doodah (Sue) xx
