    Hi Guys

In about 3 monts time I have got to go to a family doo that’s being held in an Indian Resterant. What can I eat

By then I will be about 16 weeks post op and will probably be on normal foods.

So what can I order of the menu that wot give me any issues, either with eating it or after . I was thinking Bombay potato, with some sauce nicked from the wife’s Balti.

    Any other suggestions

Hi Paul. I think your choice of Bombay potato is excellent. Also anything with chick peas would be good as they are really low in fat but high in protein. Try to avoid anything cooked in ghee or cream though and be careful with rice and naan.

Hope you have a lovely time

    Doodah x

Chana masala is really tasty and is chick peas xx
