    Can’t wait to try out your recipe Bovril…I shall try it in my ice cream maker to see if that affects the freezing firmness. Just had real success with the machine and 1 cup of milk and 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder. Made an ice cream a bit like Mr Whippy! Pity I don’t like the taste of the protein powder vanilla too much but I think if I add some fruit I will have also cracked it. Otherwise I am also going to experiment with a chocolate protein powder which probably will taste better. I’m trying to find a great way of getting protein into a dessert that can be eaten at all stages of post-op surgery. Thanks for all your help!!!!
