    Hi everyone, I have been encouraged to try and develop a recipe for ‘bariatric ice cream’ made with semi-skimmed milk and a flavoured protein powder (to boost the protein!). The secret seems to be in choosing a good flavoured protein powder – anyone any favourites to try? I have tried the Holland & Barratt flavourless one (which is ideal for adding to soups etc) but have no idea how the flavoured ones rate. Any advice very welcome, even if it is just to say don’t use this or that. Will post the recipe when perfected…promise!
