Woo Hoo, you are officially a member of the band now Soolie!

So glad it all went so well. Now you just take care of yourself. Listen to your body and follow it’s lead. Do NOT feel guilty if you need to rest more some days than others. You have earned this and, what’s more, you deserve it.

We are all budged up on that loser’s bench for you so come along, take a seat and be prepared for the ride of your life 🙂

ps Look forward to seeing you down here in Pompey as soon as you feel able to do the journey x

How are you today Soolie? Hope you are continuing to feel a bit better each day. Pace yourself – it’s a marathon not a sprint ok? 🙂

    Doodah x
