Hello everyone. I am a busy person and have no time to sleep for many hours. I am feeling weak now because of sleep problem. Kindly give me some ideas that how much we should sleep and how much sleep is important for health. Thanks

Personally I need 8 hours – always have done. Much less than that and I don’t function well at all – mind you, some days it wouldn’t matter how many hours I have it’s still not enough lol

I get by on six hours perfectly well. It’s a very personal thing but I think the average is 8. My other half could literally sleep for 12 hours if i didn’t wake him!!
