So was just wondering if any of the peeps on her on the milk diet experience a dry mouth?. Mine is terrible and as we’ll as my milk I am drinking far more water that suggested on my diet sheet. Any ideas?. I’m reluctant to chew chewing gum as I am worried that might make me hungry.

    Hi Sparkle

I didn’t experience dry mouth but I would guess that less saliva is needed to digest milk than actual food.

Googled this for you and found it really interesting – especially the ‘anxiety’ bit!

    Hope it helps.
