I have been avoiding honey since I imagined that like sugar, in quantity, it would cause or increase the risk of dumping. Honey is afterall just another form of sugar and a simple one at that not like some of the more complex carb sugars. Is it yet again something that is personal? Can some people tolerate it and not others? I know of some who have problems with artificial sweeteners and others who don’t. Any advice from anyone out there?
