    Boy does it hurt….. I find it really hard to chew enough. My abuse of suger means I have few teeth left, especially at the back but I have learned the hard way that I either chew for England or suffer agony. And yes even drinks must be sipped not gulped. Again this has been really hard for me, I’m used to swigging down a pint pot full of tea, coffee or whatever. I can drink I pint again now, if I sip it, the only problem is I often have to ‘nuke’ it in the microwave because it goes cold before I can finish it.
