    I would take it to mean that your band was now full up and that you couldn’t have any more fills. It’s now vital that you don’t depend upon the band and use the restriction by eating foods that aren’t easy.
    Even tight bands will usually allow shepherd’s pie and mashed potato consistency. Don’t fill up on calorie laden liquids (which don’t cause fullness) such as soups, fruit juices, smoothies etc. Try to chose food that requires a knife and fork and lots of chewing.

    Eat filling foods rather than crackers etc.
