I’m just 12 weeks post op and am in the same boat as you, I’ve lost 4 n half stone but not losing any more and I eat healthy and I can eat almost anything and a lot more than others who have had the same op at the same time as me. But I’m worried my tummy pouch is bigger than the others that have had the op same time as me. I hope somebody can help as I am just as worried as you are. Good luck Hun xx

    Hi Chezzy

As you are only 12 weeks post op I think you should be contacting your team just to make sure that you are following the guidelines they have suggested. It is VERY early days yet and (as I always say) everyone is entirely different. Having said that 4.5st in three months is a massive amount of weight! I lost a stone a month for the first ten months so if you have lost 4.5 in three……

Hope this is helpful. I’m not a clinician but you sound pretty much on track to me – if not a bit ahead.
