Frances completed her dietetic training in New Zealand but has worked in the UK for the majority of her career – she has retained her accent!

She initially worked in hospital dietetics in New Zealand and Australia. She started working in the UK in Private healthcare in 1987 and then worked in the NHS in Mental Health Dietetics and conservative weight management. This experience was invaluable when she entered the field of Bariatrics in 2003.She started working part-time for Streamline shortly after that and, since 2022, has worked solely within the Streamline dietetic team.

She continues to enjoy assisting clients through their nutritional bariatric journey. For many, this is their first taste of life at a lower BMI. It is a privilege to provide support as their relationship with food becomes less stressful and confidence builds to start enjoying life!
