LOVE the name! The other thing to look out for is that you will really start to feel the cold. I don’t just mean chilly, I mean biting, freezing cold. It’s a side effect of wls I’m afraid.

You are very wise not to venture out in the snow so soon after surgery, however, a bit of walking on the spot will not only mean you can take off the stockings earlier but it will also dislodge the wind. It will keep everything inside moving too so will lower the risk of constipation.
