Great post. Thanks Whitey.

We do get scared of certain foods, especially if our initial encounter with them is unsuccessful! I have been trying small amounts of meat to help with my scar healing and have been doing ok with it….until 2 nights ago. Had slow cooked lamb as I have twice before. It got stuck and came up an hour later. YUCK. I simply cannot digest it when I’m cold. I shall, however, keep trying as protein so important for healing. I’m vegetarian only post wls, but will keep trying to get round it.

It’s still a leaning curve over 4 years after my surgery so this is why we all need each other 🙂
