Hi, it must be very easy to slip back into bad eating habits that is why I am with Weight Watchers, I am one of the helpers/support workers with my local group. I actually go twice a week as we hold two meetings and I am a helper/support worker at both these meetings and as there is no support group in my area for us who have had wls I have found that my members support me. I have found that getting weighed once a week has really helped me, yes I have gained a few pounds every so often as “normal” women do but it does give me a jolt that I may be slipping back into old eating habits and I start to keep a food tracker to see and monitor what I am eating and I can lose what ever I have gained. I am now within a stone of getting to where I would like to be (taking into account the amount of loose skin I am carrying) and though I am finding it extremely hard to shift these last few pounds in the great scheme of things it won’t really matter if I don’t get there when I look at how far I have come. It is just me wanting to say I am in the eleven stone something bracket but considering when I started out I was in the 25 stone bracket a few extra pounds is nothing lol. I hope you can get back to where you want to be and I wish you well on your five day pouch test. Can you tell me what this is and how to go about finding out about it and what to do as I would love to give my pouch a test.x
