That’s how I feel about sugar Paul. An excess of anything can be harmful – even our dear friend H2O. Like I say, we are all very different but I know what works for me. Going back to a 30/40/50s diet, and it’s associated smaller portions, has enabled me to eat well but stay at a weight with which I am comfortable. I know I can sustain it too which is very important. I could be lighter (being a small person) but I’m fine and dandy right here I am.
