Precious me little dumpling,
Keeping to sloppies for a few days normally helps to heal any soreness or irratation, but it comes a time when you know you need to ask for medical advice.
I know we can leave it too long sometimes for not wanting to appear to be a whinger….
Only you know how your feeling, if your getting enough nourishment.

Unfortunatley for some the begining is so much easier than others, I can not explain why.
Strictures are very common so if it presists its worth getting checked out.

Sloppies and plenty of fluids in a CALM environment, try not to worry before you eat, emotionally you will be turning away from foods and drinks because you dont want to be sick…. SLIDER foods….

Hope you start to feel better soon, and if not ask for advice please….

Buzz xx
