I love ryvita crackerbread as well with low fat cheese spread havn’t tried normal ryvita and I find even the low fat cream crackers are to heavy and just sit there deciding what they want to do so I avoid them as well. Protein you can get from pulses and fish, chicken, eggs and low fat cheese, been having all of those but I have noticed I am loosing quite a lot more hair than I use to, my hair is very thick so I can afford to lose some but I am getting a little concern about the lost my GP says it is normal and once the body adjusts to the small amount of food it is getting it will stop.
