You are both so lucky, can’t eat eggs or hard cheese but I can eat hard meat, ok with roast meat of any sort but haven’t had the courage to try steak yet, I have now lost 11stone and only have about another stone to go and then I will be happy like Paul I just control my portion sizes and going by what you eat Paul I don’t eat half as much as you. I have for breakfast 1 weetabix or a small portion of porridge maybe a small slice of toast, lunch is maybe a small bowl of home made veg soup or a ham roll with salad and dinner is meat and veg in any form ie curry, stirfry, roast, stew etc and then maybe another slice of toast with peanut butter or soft cheese spread, don’t eat snacks, never have even when I was big so I don’t now. I am a helper at Weight Watchers and I do now follow their point programme and just watch my portion sizes, I have to work at every lb I lose now but at the moment it is still coming off maybe only half a pound a week but I really don’t mind. I like to weighed every week so I know what I am doing and if I do put on I just cut back some.
