Hi Lisa I’m 11 weeks in & what I’d say is chew, chew, chew then chew some more! They say no more than a ramekin & I still can’t eat a full one! One tip don’t dish yourself up too much as it’s tempting to keep eating & if you eat too much it doesn’t really register for 10-20 mins by which time it’s to late. Personally I end up feeling really nauseas & it lasts for a ages! Also don’t drink for 30 mins before or after eating as it fills you up. You will be fine you quickly get used to it x
