Hi clairec!
I am taking it slowly, but this morning I tried 1/3rd of an oatibix !
It was lovely- seemed quite a lot from the ready break 3 teaspoon portion I usually have but it went down- no problem!
That’s something else I can have if I want a change from ready break.
I hope you are feeling better by the day!
See you tomorrow,
Julie xx

Ooh, I had forgotten about Oatibix! I’m going to have to get some now 🙂

I have porridge every day for my lunch in the winter months. I put fruit and nuts in it – it keeps me full (and warm!) right round till dinner time. So cheap too. Mind you, my Dad’s Grandmother was Scottish so it makes sense haha! My Irish Great Grannie used to have Guinness on her porridge and smoke a clay pipe but I won’t be emulating her! At least not the pipe bit….
