Thanks Doodah, I have thought about whether head hunger was creeping it’s self back in since I’m feeling better physically but not doing much, just like before. I try to keep myself busy but physically my back keeps me from doing too much. I hoping that will improve as the weight comes off. Also I know it’s not a magic pill and I have to work with it just as much emotionally as I do physically to be a success at losing and keeping the weight off. Like you say it’s going to take some considerably time to do work on a lifetime of bad habits. I just keep needing to remind myself of all this any time doubts creep in. I’m going to tell close friends and my mum too so they can remind me if I start worrying to much.

I glad to hear I’m doing well with the food but you are absolutely right about the fluids. I’m not drinking anywhere near what I use to, so I’m on a mission now to keep sipping all day long. I’m doing better already and not feeling hungry this afternoon either 🙂
