Hi Everyone
Hope you all are in good health.

Phew what can I say – 4 days to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No ciggies today, my god that’s hard.
Diet – mmmm – I have been doing the low fat/low carb diet
couldn’t drink all the fluid on the milk diet as I felt like I was drowning.

Although I have been very good on this diet I do not seem to have lost much – is this ok?

I’m excited but also nervous at the same time – I expect that is normal.
I’m not going to know till after the operation as to which one and what way they have done it.

I’m booked for a Laprascopic / Open – Mini Gastric Bypass / Gastric Sleeve.

Anyone know the difference between a mini and normal Gastric Bypass and also has anyone had a Gastric Sleeve ?

What is the recovery like for the open procedure please ????

I’m taking my laptop into hospital with me so as soon as I feel awake enough I will post on here !!!!

Anyway I will catch you all soon.

Love

Tracey
