Hi Dizzy

I think everyone has to be at the hospital at 7.30am, i was the 2nd down and it went really
quickly, my hubby stayed with me and the nurses were chatting, it’s a very relaxed atmosphere,
the day before i was terrified but when you get to the hospital it all seems so matter of fact and relaxed, the staff are fantastic especially Andrea the nurse, she has had the same surgery and is living prof that there is a great life after wls, gastric bypass’s are normally done in the morning and bands in the afternoon, so you know it will be morning, you will make great friends during your hospital stay i did, you become a team and go through everything together, and believe it or not by the next day you will be laughing and joking with your new mates and the great nurses, i know its a bit scary but believe me they are the best team in the country you are in safe hands.

Take Care
Love Jacquie xxx
