@”LizzieDripping”]I’m having band surgery on Friday (10th August) at Guildford – what great advice and tips here! Sam, your post was really good to read it gives me hope and confidence for what I might achieve, as do all the posts on this forum! Now on day 3 of the milk diet and fine so far – have been making up and freezing tiny ‘meals’ for after and making sure I have some of the right food in ready for after the op – as Day-dream believer said, preparing for the op really made me consider what I ate, and I have cleared out my whole larder in readiness! (Shock for the family, too!) Re ‘op day’, Chris Pring said that it would be a day-case, but at pre-assessment they said I’m booked in for an overnight stay, so not really sure what to take… do most people stay just for the day with band surgery? Thanks xx[/QUOTE wrote:
