I’m glad you’re on the “other side” Loulou.

I think people have different experiences after the op, some seem to be pain free and others aren’t. I was certainly very uncomfortable afterwards. Even breathing hurt! However day by day I was better, it didn’t last long. I know I was back at work in a couple of weeks and I’d returned to driving and could walk about ok well before that.

Knowing how much to have and getting used to your new digestion does take time. Proceed with caution though. If you have too little and still feel hungry half an hour later, you can always have a bit more but if you have too much you’ll suffer.
