Where do you buy the oils ? And is it just yogurt you put them in ?

I’m home ! Had fish pie for lunch and dinner !!

Even though I’m not hungry at all !!

I’ve just given myself my inject ion to stop blood clots !
My sister is going back to the hospital to collect my vitamins as they mucked it up ! And gave me tablets !!
My family have been ok , I’m just in shock still , feeling tired and achey 🙁

You have had major, life changing surgery – regardless of what it for for. Be KIND to yourself. Be gentle with your body and let it guide you. Food isn’t a big worry in the early days but hydration is. You will work out a way for you to go forward with your eating so don’t panic.

Any doubts at all – ask your team. It will all Work out in the end, but in the meantime, stick to the guidelines, listen to your body, rest and keep sipping water 🙂
