Hi Kimberly and Chunkyem
Sorry to hear your experiencing problems, everyone reacts different to this stage, I don’t remember going through what you two have but that’s not to say it hasn’t happened to others. I will repeat Treeza, are you having everything every day, you need to make sure you get it all down, it does help, are you drinking enough water as well. If it helps, for the sake of variety, I used to make my jelly up and let half of it cool and add some of the daily milk allowance I’d make a sort of blancmange, it was something different with a different texture so you might want to give that a try.
Stay strong honies it’s not for every, you on the downward slope keep up the good work, you’ll be glad you did.
As for the cold unfortunately that’s one thing I’ve noticed, two years post op I am feeling the cold more but, I suppose when you’ve been carrying round a whole other person for over a decade it’s going to take a while before the body gets used to it and readjusts, if it ever does. Thank goodness for thermals, central heating and onesy’s, yes I am a fifty-five year old woman with a onesy but gosh is it comfortable and warm…. and no I wouldn’t go out in it !!!!!!
Concentrate on yourselves, don’t beat yourselves up too much and enjoy the ride.
Take care
Lots of love
Lesley
