I have a cup of tea before anything else! I then wait about half an hour before attempting anything to eat. I have 1 slice of wholemeal toast with organic crunchy peanut butter. Good protein if a little high in fat (the right sort though) but I have never dumped on it. Then about half an hour after that, I have another cup of tea to get things ‘moving’ so to speak 😉

I’m not a breakfast person either but I find waking my system up with a nice mug of tea really helps. It does mean I have to get up earlier, but it sets me up nicely for the day so I figure it is a good trade off.

It is very early days for you yet Claire so don’t worry too much. take your vitamins and minerals, drink plenty of water, relax, rest and watch the weight start to fall off!
