Hi Claire, don’t know about the fruit as I’m a sleeve but in the early days I did a mince and a chicken stew. Puréed it and the added more gravy to make it sloppy. Was really tasty and if you make it meat heavy its good on the protein front. Only started with 1/2 a ramekin and added low salt gravy till it was sloppy enough then put the rest in the freezer. My normal potion lasted several meals! X
