Hi all

I’m just sat here thinking it’s a bit like a first date situation, who should make the first call? How long should pass?!!?
My question is, is it a good idea to keep contact with the clinic? Will they think I am pushy, or will they appreciate open communication channels? Or am I just over fussing?!!?

Hi Vickster

Good question. Chris is right, great analogy lol!

Chris is also right about Streamline’s endless patience – and it makes no difference whether or not you are a private or NHS patient. I can personally vouch for that as I was myself an NHS patient.

They will always be patient as they understand the enormity of the decision you have made. They will tell you if they are busy but also when is a better time to call back.

I hope this puts your mind at ease 🙂
