Hi,
Well I had my bypass 14months agao and the pain I get when I over fill my pouch is where my rib cage meet in line with my chest bone, you don’t say where you are getting the pains but you get all sorts of pains just after you have had your bypass as you have had major surgery and though the outside wounds are healing and you can see this the insides are healing too and they take a little longer and of course you can’t see what is going on. If you have real worries though my advice to you is to get in touch with where you had your op and they will be able to reassure you.
