The good news appears to be that any debris was jettisoned during almost volcanic activity following the pineapple juice going down, or was dissolved by its acidity.

Another learning experience to log in the memory to ensure you do everything correctly – that said, if cauliflower / mashed potato can get stuck, I guess anything can.

I now have visions of the tea party next year being full of lumpy food with pineapple spritzers on hand afterwards 🙂

The very good news though is that it is an entirely suppository free experience, which is no bad thing either 🙂

It’s strange but the odd problem does make this wonderfully complex journey even more fascinating !

Combine that and the ongoing stream of weightloss from 31st to 12.5 – which is my target-ish (15 will be fine) then it is a positive day!
