I eat out of a ramekin for a long time , but I’m now 10 months and use a Baratric plate . Which I find very helpful and reassures me . I still get it wrong on the plate and put too much food on it so eyes are still bigger than my pouch . I’m eating about half a Baratric plate . Writing down a food diary can be helpful as it remind us about how much protein we have taken . Some people use I phones apps to help them monitor their food . Some technology can be helpful . I have eat slower . Water , I’m not a teckie person I’m a chatter lady but fantastic weight loss you must feel brilliant . Take some photo for your self it helps visually show yourself how much you changed .
