I developed this pain after losing all my weight with the band. I went to the dr and he said it was coccydynia. However, when I regained 5 stone, the pain was still there. I find it’s worse when getting up from sitting. It’s a huge pain that once standing goes in a flash. I now can’t ride a bike due to it which some would find a nuicence but me being so lazy isn’t a problem. When I saw the back specialist I mentioned it to him and he said that the only way to cure it is to have the bone removed. I wasn’t overly excited about that! So ladies, it seems it’s something we have to live with.

Hope that helps.
