I think I’m eating enough! It doesn’t really solve the problem of why I had it for a good year off and on pre-surgery though as I was definately eating enough back then!! My stomach was very noisy the moment I woke up and was like a sink being drained with all the girgling. I’ve not had it that loud at all so far! Even my daughter was looking at me as if to say “IS that your stomach making that weird noise?” I’m losing on average 2lbs a week so do think I’m feeding myself enough so doubt it’s anything to do with that. It’s certainly a weird one! Still, I was fine all day yesterday and seem ok today (which is basically how it used to be pre-surgery unless it was a bad flair up) One time I was nearly taken to hospital as the burning was so bad and that’s when the dr put me on Buscopan as it’s an anti spazmodic (sp) and that seemed to cure it that time.
